Arvind Kejriwal creating nuisance
Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal do not want to understand the law of Governance, he can not understand  the constitution therefore he ignored the article 277, the said article clears that Delhi Government should have to work under the supervision of union Home minister, but Arvind Kejriwal ruled out any negotiations to end the stand-off with the Centre and threatened to flood Rajpath with lakhs of supporters that can disrupt Republic Day celebrations.
Demanding action against policemen who refused to carry out a raid on an alleged drug and prostitution ring on a Delhi minister's directive last week, he continued his dharna for the second day near the Rail Bhavan not far from Raisina Hill, the place from where the Republic Day parade starts.
"The people protesting here are not Pakistanis or Americans. They are our own people. Shinde is saying that we will celebrate Republic Day but for whom? The VIPs will watch the floats and parades. That is not Republic Day.
"We will continue our protest. How can home minister (Sushilkumar) Shinde sleep when so many crimes are happening in Delhi? When women are unsafe in the city? We won't negotiate," Kejriwal told reporters.
Attacking Shinde for ruling out action against police officials who refused to raid the alleged drug and prostitution ring, he said, "I would urge him not to back his men but back the people of India.

"The lower level police officials are with us. A man resigned and came to join us. He had tears in his eyes. Another man who was shouting slogans in our favour has been suspended. There will be a rebellion in Delhi Police too," Kejriwal claimed.

He questioned the Delhi Police advise to them to shift their protest to Jantar Mantar.

"I am being told to sit at Jantar Mantar. I am the Chief Minister. I can sit wherever I want. Who are they to tell us what to do. He is not the Chief Minister of Delhi. Who is Shinde to say where the chief minister of Delhi will sit," the chief minister said.

Said to be having cold and running mild fever, Kejriwal was accompanied by his wife during the sit-in today.

Unlike yesterday, hundreds of aam aadami party supporters thronged the venue of the dharna outside Rail Bhavan in the high-security area.

Along with his six cabinet colleagues and scores of supporters, the Chief Minister spent the night under the quilt on the road outside the Rail Bhavan, braving the cold winter.

Some of his supporters spent the night singing and raising slogans around a bonfire.

He objected to the Delhi Police ordering closure of some Metro stations close to the protest site.

"Shinde has closed the metro stations. I had told the metro officials to run the metro. They said they cannot do it as Delhi Police has closed it. Shinde is causing inconvenience not us. He has closed all of Delhi and metro. There are very few of our protestors here," he said.

Kejriwal said politics will now be run by these unconventional methods.

Criticising Shinde, Kejriwal said the Home Minister had "suspended" a number of policemen after some people barged into his residence few months back but no action is taken if women are harassed.

"He (Shinde) is saying that we will celebrate Republic Day but for whom? The VIPS will watch the parades. That is not Republic Day celebration.

"Someone was telling me that a window was broken by protestors at Shinde's residence few months ago.12 policemen were suspended. When a woman is raped, he says we will get an inquiry done but won't suspend the police," he charged.

"A woman was burnt but police is not arresting anyone as they will first get an inquiry done. R K Singh was right in saying that it is money which reaches the top," he said.

Asking Shinde to support the common man's cause, the chief minister claimed that there will be "rebellion" in Delhi Police as lower level police officials were with AAP.

"A man resigned and came to join us. He had tears in his eyes. Another man who was shouting slogans in our favour was suspended. There will be a rebellion in Delhi Police too," he said.

Coming down hard on the home minister, Kejriwal also accused him of trying to "run" Delhi and justified his protest, saying political discourse in the country has undergone a change.

"We were elected by the people. They approach us. We asked Shinde in a meeting if people approach him when women are raped or burnt. He said 'no'. But people come to us and ask what are you doing.Who is Shinde to run Delhi? He is beginning to think he is the chief minister of Delhi," he alleged.

"Politics will now be run by these unconventional methods. The political discourse of India has changed forever now. This is democracy," he said.

Kejriwal blamed Shinde for the inconvenience caused to people due to closing down of a number of Metro stations around central Delhi.

"Shinde has closed the metro stations.I had told metro officials to run the metro. They said they cannot do it as Delhi Police has closed them. Shinde is causing inconvenience not only to us but also to the general public. He has closed the Metro stations," he said.
the wording of Delhi CM Mr. Arvind Kejriwal clears that he wants to create chaos & spreading the nu sense, b'coz he wa Lok sabha elections but mr. kejriwal people know yours game & they can not trapped by you.
Agitation or Election preparation

Delhi Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal wants the home ministry to suspend the three Delhi Police SHOs and two ACPs accused by his government for not making arrests ordered by his ministers Somnath Bharti and Rakhi Birla. But question arises that only suspension of some of police officers can make Delhi police corruption free. It doesn't make any change into police functioning. So why Mr. Kejriwal is again sit on Dharna. The answer is very simple that he is preparing for Loksabha Election 2014. Aam Aadmi party has no choice except to go for another protest because it has not much time left for election preparations. AAP has decided to contest 350 odd seats in coming Parliamentary elections but party lacks cadre, resource and candidates. Party can draw attention of public through short cuts and the simple short cut is come to the streets whether protest is on genuine issue based or without any reason. Suspension of few police personal is definitely not an issue to start fresh movement.  Delhi CM appealing people to join the protest but it didn't get much response. It shows that aam aadmi knows the cause of this particular agitation. What is going in front of Rail Bhavan is not only un constitutional but also irresponsible act of an elected government.
At Rail Bhavan aap leaders arguing on Republic Day functions and saying What purpose does a parade or procession serve and why are we celebrating Republic Day when the women of this city do not feel safe? Perhaps AAP leaders doesn't know that RD parade is pride of nation and platform to display its prosperity and military strength to the world. Delhi governments agitation and protest resulted into metro passengers problem. Protesters not thinking about Delhi people who voted AAP to form Government. Delhi Chief Minister must show some responsibility towards people of national capital. Otherwise you will lose what you earn in Assembly election more than you  planed to gain in General Election 2014.

The realization has set in and the mission is on. Congress will soon declare candidates for the Lok Sabha polls. The announcement from Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi is welcomed by senior party leaders. After call attention from several quarters, the party is now on a fast track to expedite its campaign plans.

While the ticket distribution every year causes tension among party members, this time round the process has been streamlined and a new mechanism is in place. Rahul Gandhi is himself leading the process and wants peoples’ voice to reflect in Congress. The AK Antony committee, entrusted with responsibility to form an action plan for 2014 general election, has come out with recommendations which are soon to be carried out. Early declaration of candidates is one such recommendation to give at least three to four months’ time to prepare for the election and campaign intensively in their respective constituencies.

The party has come up with formal structures for the process whereby screening committees of all states and union territories have been assigned new chairpersons. The idea is to expedite the selection process and give importance to common man in all levels of political processes including choice of the candidates.
It seems that the party has taken lessons from past experiences and is not ready to make any compromises for this general election. Candidates with proven track record with chances of winning this election season, are natural qualifiers. The highlight is that the candidates with criminal records will not be given chance to fight this election. The party is expected to come out with a list of 150-200 candidates by end of January. The idea of transparency in poll ticket distribution is a welcome change. It also seems that he wants to reform the current arrangement of dual power at the Centre whereby Sonia Gandhi is UPA Chairperson and Manmohan Singh is the Prime Minister.

This is precisely why Rahul Gandhi has already made it clear that those willing to fight Lok Sabha elections would have to give up the party responsibilities. Promoting clean politics is only in Congress’ interest and Rahul seems to have understood that. A key pitch of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is corruption free clean politics. In such a scenario, Congress taking steps to infuse transparent party politics will cut competition and challenge from emerging forces such as AAP. Congress seems to be catching up soon with the election fervor.

Should BJP worry about AAP’s development?

It was earlier thought that Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) popularity would hurt the ruling Congress Party more than the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP), however, Delhi election’s stunning results completely changed the whole political picture. Even senior party leader like Arun Jaitely claims that his party is unconcerned of AAP’s growth but there are many reasons that BJP needs to worry of AAP’s development, especially after the emergence of this new kid in the political block on the national. Whether acknowledge or not BJP is getting sleepless nights because former Indian Revenue Services officer and AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal has equally clean and non-corrupt political image like BJP’s prime ministerial favorite Narendra Modi. Both the political figures also have a huge fan following on social media networks. The Delhi elections showed that the AAP’s anti-corruption movement touched the heart of country’s middle class, which has always been BJP’s stronghold. In almost no time, feisty leader Kejriwal’s party has gained electrifying popularity across the nation, targeting middle class, that they are now even receiving volunteer applications and donations from across India, affecting Modi’s campaign tremendously.

BJP, therefore, needs to ensure that it harvests most of the anti-incumbency votes in 2014 elections since AAP also has urban voters’ support similar to Modi’s party. The 201 urban and semi urban seats are likely to decide fortunes of Modi’s party in the upcoming polls. If BJP’s loyalists change their sides now, the party will be in trouble, since even a single vote would matter now. Regarding economic ideology, Modi campaigned about market-led development, while AAP talked about government-led growth.

While Modi has been seen as an effective leader, Kejriwal’s popularity is no less. Both leaders appeal to the youth and have the ability to take quick decisions, only time will tell who will overpower other - autocratic Modi or feisty Kejriwal.

How to Love Life

Life is short, and we all need to step back and realize how great it really can be.

Let me give you some awesome tips to love your life :-

  1. Be optimistic. Think of life in the best way possible, look at the glass as half full, and find the better side of every situation. You would be amazed at how much more there is to life than the negative.
  2. Live every moment to the fullest. Don't waste a single second being sadbored, orlonely. Get out there and dance, and sing as if no one was around. You never know how much longer you have to do so.
  3. Be selfless. Give more than you receive, and share with others. Do less for yourself, and more for the people around you. Also when you do the right thing you get a fantastic feeling inside.
  4. Laugh often. This is possibly the most important point in this how-to guide. Laughter is the number one most important thing in life. Laugh much, and smile often.
  5. Live in the presentForget about the past, as there is nothing you can do about it. Don't worry about the future, as what is to come is to come, and if you forget to live in the moment, you would be surprised at how quickly time can slip. Every moment is an opportunity to feel great. Go play with a sibling, a child, or a friend.
  6. Plan Ahead. on the flip side, if you make goals and accomplish them, if you take good care of yourself, if you set aside money for a rainy day, you will have a happier, fuller future and no regrets to bother you.
  7. Be yourself. Live up to your own standards, not anyone else's. Who cares what others think about you? Who cares if you can't sing, can't dance, or if your clothes don't match. Do what you want to do, and be who you want to be.

I am sure following all the above will actually make you realize the importance of your life and I am pretty sure you will start loving it that moment on.

Loads of Love

Examination Fever

Even the saints says ‘’God do not put me to test’’. A test saps the energies of a person, generates mental agony and makes him incapable of thinking correctly. Examinees shudder at the thought of the examination and fear of failure makes them unhappy. Evil dreams haunt the students and the dose of admonition given regularly disturbs them.

Before the examination, the students suspend pleasure-giving activities. They do not go to the playground; cancel their picnic and forget about cinemas. They are busy with their books; go on reading while sipping a cup of tea; go on revising while lying in bed. They discuss questions; talk about books and cram about answers. Some perch on the trees; other sit in the retired corner and still others stick themselves with chairs.

The examination fever touches the highest point on the night before the examination. One gets disturbed sleep.Students get up early in the morning and even the atheists pray. In front of the examination hall one feels that everything was evaporated from his brain. A friend says ‘’this question is sure to be set’’. Another says "Have you prepared these questions?’’ the student feels disturbed and turns the pages of notes of books hastily and rolls his eyes over the answer.
As soon as he takes his seat in the examination hall, he prays to God or revises the questions. If the question paper is difficult, glasses of water are ordered. The candidate perspires. An easy question paper may take the choice of questions difficult. As he sets down to writing, he may feel that much has evaporated from his brain.

Even after the examination the fever still haunts the student. He tells his friend ‘’I was a bit confused’’ or ‘’I could not do justice to questions’’. He counts his marks daily and thinks that he would get a second class. He remains in this type of suspense when he Judgment Day comes. He tries to find his roll number in the newspaper. This moment is very troublesome because failure would invite taunting remarks of the friends, neighbors and the relatives. Even if he gets through, he would be heard saying ‘’there is something wrong with the examiner. Perhaps any answer sheets are replaced.’’ Examination fever cannot be measured.
